Summer Meet in Vrigstad

Vrigstad is an old trading place along the ancient trade route Vetlanda - Värnamo. Vrigstad market and local cheesecake has made itself well known over the years. In recent years the town has evolved into a hub for antique dealers and antique lovers. Here the PV-klubben Summer Meet will be held the first weekend of July.

Friday July 1:st

At 09.00 the secretariat will open the Granbacken. During Friday individual excursions in the area. Each car will be provided with a list of interesting places to visit..

At 19.00 we will gather at the  Granbacken for the inauguration of the meeting.
Then there will be a light meal and entertainment from a local troubadour.

Saturday July 2

The club rally. First start at 08.30 by Vrigstad Värdshus.
With the usual questions at tricky tasks we will travel to thru the Småland highlands to the town Eksjö, famous for its wooden houses. After reaching the goal you will have time to explore Eksjö  on your own.
You return to Vrigstad when suitable.

At 19.00 dinner at the Vrigstad Värdshus.
Damorkeztern  with a z will entertain. There will also be a secret guest.
(The maximal number of dinner guests is 220).
Taco buffet, films and a  pool for swimming will be available for the younger participants.

Sunday July

From 09.00  - the traditional gathering of all cars and trunk sale.
Bring along things with a PV connection that you want to sell.
We will once again be able to enjoy many of those fantastic cars at the same place.

Prize ceremony at 11.00.
Then the 2001 Summer Meet will close.

Prices

Friday

Light meal at the Granbacken - SEK 100 kronor per adult, SEK 40 per child up to 15 years).
One softdrink or light beer is included.

Saturday

Dinner at the Vrigstad Värdshus, two-course dinner with coffee and biscuit, SEK 250 per person.
One soft drink, water or light beer is included. Other beverages on sale in the bar.
Taco buffet: SEK 100 kronor per child up to 15 years. (Only for children who's parent(s) have booked the dinner).
