The PV-klubben annual meet
Saturday April 10 in Falun

 

The Svenska Volvo PV-klubben annual meet 2010 is held in Falun on April 10.

The meet is held in the Falun mine conference centre.

Before the annual meeting starts at 11:00 the Club offers coffee with sandwiches.
Lunch is not included.
The agenda, annual report and other information for the annual meeting will be published in the # 2 issue of the PV-Notiser.
Bills shall be submitted in writing to the board before the end of February to be considered at the annual meeting.

Falun was honured as a World Heritage Site at the UNESCO World Heritage Committee meeting in Helsinki December 13 2001
After the annual meeting, around 12:30, a guide is ready to tell us about the mine's history.
Falu mine is older than the Swedish kingdom and began to be processed during the Viking era.

On the same day Dalarna Automobile Club is arranging its annual DAL market fair at the Lugnet in Falun.
It is open between 8:30-15:00, so those who want to combine the annual meeting and the DAK-market.
Afterwards you can walk around the open pit "Stora stöten" with historic buildings, signage, benches and viewpoints.
